JLT x NFT
Dear JLT Board
NFTs, NFTs, NFTs, NFTs, NFTs, NFTs
The Art world has become smitten and obsessed with the “new” concept of NFTs (Non-fungible-tokens, simply defined as a token which represents something unique). Artist “mint” NFTs on a couple of different marketplaces and offers it up for sale, the pitch: you can buy a verifiable authentic unique version of a digital art work.
So far in the Jonas Lund Token journey, the only method in which one could acquire tokens were either through JLT Bounties or via the purchase of a JLT wall-work. I believe it’s time to change that and accelerate the #growth of the JLT board, and increase the market valuation of JLT and my artistic practice, and for this purpose, releasing JLTs as NFTs seems like the perfect solution.
We have the option of launching new JLTs / NFTs on Foundation in collaboration with Lindsay Howard, but the timing is pretty tight, so the question in this proposal:
— Shall we release JLT NFTs and bring the Jonas Lund Token forward into the future?
