Thank you for your votes on Proposal #12. Option 1 (JLT banners) won by quite a large margin. A new proposal with options for the banner designs will be published on Thursday/Friday, so keep an eye out for that proposal, as the deadline will be pretty tight again. In the pipeline for JLT in 2019, will be an option to vote via a private JLT Instagram account, that should help with these very quick votes.
I think it's a good idea to make the proposals visible to the public after about 2 months after the deadline closed, or in some specific sensitive cases longer.
Having public proposals will help with establishing the position of JLT, to open up the process a bit and to counter critiques of JLT being just another crypto enabled "get rich quick scheme". But as it concerns your privacy – a vote makes sense.
