  1. Conversion and Delivery
    • At the specified maturity date as defined in the Contract, the holder of the Contract is entitled to receive the corresponding physical Art Work.
    • The quality of each delivered Art Work is appraised by the Jonas Lund Token board at the time of the contract expiry date.
    • The quality of the Art Work will be assessed according to predefined criteria.

    • If the delivered Art Work falls below the A Quality standard, the Contract holder may request a discount on the Contract.
    • If the delivered Art Work exceeds the A Quality standard, as in the case of AA or AAA Quality, the Contract holder may be required to pay an additional premium amount.
  4. Jonas Lund Tokens
    • Upon acquiring this Contract, the quantity of Jonas Lund Tokens (JLTs) to be associated with the Contract shall be based on the purchase price and the price of JLT at the time of purchase.
    • The Jonas Lund Tokens attached to the contract will be transferred to Buyer at the time of purchase.
  5. Art Work Authenticity
    • Every effort is made to ensure the authenticity of the Art Work delivered under the Contract.
    • The Art Works are genuine creations by Jonas Lund.
  6. Risks and Volatility
    • The value of the Jonas Lund Token Futures Contract may fluctuate based on market conditions, Art Work quality, and other factors.
    • Holders of the Contract should be aware of the potential for gains as well as losses.
    • In the event of the Artist passing, this contract will not expire, and will remain as a Futures contract in perpetuity
  7. Dispute Resolution

    • Participants in the Contract should be aware of and comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing NFTs, futures contracts, and art transactions in their jurisdiction.
  9. Shipping
    • The reciever of the final artwork is responsible for all shipment costs, including but not limited to crating, packaging, customs and any other fees incurred on the reception of the art work.

    • Proper documentation and provenance records must accompany the Art Work to verify its authenticity, history, and adherence to contractual requirements.
  9. Adherence to Contract Terms
    • The Art Work should comply with all other terms and conditions outlined in the Jonas Lund Token Futures Contract relevant to A Quality classification.
    • It is important to note that the Jonas Lund Token (JLT) board will conduct an evaluation based on these criteria to determine whether an Art Work qualifies for the A Quality designation. The decision of the JLT board is final and binding in this regard.

    • Detailed and comprehensive documentation and provenance records should accompany the Art Work, affirming its authenticity, history, and adherence to contractual requirements.

    • Comprehensive, meticulous, and well-documented records, including provenance and authentication information, must accompany the Art Work, reaffirming its authenticity, history, and unwavering adherence to contractual standards.
  9. Conformance to Contract Provisions
    • The Art Work must align with all other terms and conditions stipulated in the Jonas Lund Token Futures Contract relevant to AAA Quality classification.
    • It is imperative to acknowledge that the determination of AAA Quality status is subject to rigorous evaluation by the Jonas Lund Token (JLT) board, which meticulously assesses Art Works against these stringent criteria. The verdict rendered by the JLT board carries the full force of authority and is legally binding.
